They've been dropping hints about this for weeks, you can bet they'll do it for air and train travel because it's easy. Perhaps for bus travel too.

Honestly, they probably haven't done it yet because they are flying "unvaxxed" illegal immigrants to swing states, and don't want to make that harder.
