I'm sure it is. I bet I'm on some lists as I routinely commit "thought crimes" (applying logic, using common sense, interpreting statistical data). I've given my NSA agent a name, and I wonder if he ever rethinks his salary or life choices as he sits in his drab cubicle on the weekends - assigned to tune in on my loud farts, inane tv references/inside jokes with the spouse, talking to my animals, both of us snoring, planning out my gardening & home decor, all interspersed with some Tenacious D and equally satirical loud music. I wouldn't want his job I would be bored off my ass lol
