Why don't the junkies have a system to test the drugs they take? They are obviously dealing with an untrustworthy market. Are they just too stupid to figure out how to test their drugs?

I know one former junkie that says she would test it. I forget how since it was knowledge I didn't really give a shit about.
Then again I had another one say his shit turned into this caulk-like sludge that was so stiff he could barely move the plunger, and him and his girlfriend shot it anyway.
Seems there is a lot of variance.

Those that I've known only cared about the next high. They all know it's risky but they're addicted and can't or won't stop.
