Sometimes I think most people just give the appearance of sentience from the repetition of multitudes of taught procedures.

Maybe in actuality only a small high IQ portion are really sentient and they are the ones to evolve the procedures slowly over time.

I could nitpick the word choice, but it's true. Most don't have any framework underlying their surface-level beliefs, they don't have a process of applied skepticism, they copy and paste their thoughts from propaganda outlets, and they have no sense of the difference between reality and their own perceptions. Any time they're proven wrong or forced to doubt their narrative, they simply change the subject.

However, even conscious humans get dragged along by their appetites and addictions, even we start zoning out in front of our phones out of boredom, even we fallaciously defend our unexamined beliefs.

Truly living as a conscious being requires constant self-monitoring, breath control, awareness and mitigation of impulsive reactions, and a sort of detached empathy for the unconscious human.

Save money and never borrow again.

Stock up on food always have at least three weeks of food in your home.

Have a way to get purified water, filtering, boiling or storage.

The issue is dire. The enemy is going after commoners stored wealth.

The recent crypto bubble was caused by them. They bought up large. Pumped crypto to attract the masses. Then dumped enmass. Teaches small timers to fear crypto.

Soon they will bring down stocks and housing both. IMHO the mechanism chosen will be that they will raise interest rates massively.

I have taken this time to improve my own little corner of this world, and I have done so dramatically.

Not like I'm going to any parties these days.

My place looks great, but there is always more to do.

I shall continue to be productive, despite their best efforts to prevent that.

Did some fasting last week. Got a haircut this morning.

Taking my vitamins, getting out in the sun doing yard work.

Think about the way the school system has worked, in the US since at least the 1970s.

Kids were taught, not to critically think, but to repeat "facts" told to them. Thinking outside the box, was discouraged because it wasnt what was written in the book to be taught. It wasnt a "fact" as given by the teachers manual.

Fast forward that, 50 years, you have all of gen X and later, being taught to parrot the gov propaganda, rather than question it.

For many of these people to go against what they always believed was true, or to stop speaking the facts as told to them. Is impossible.

That is just one piece of the puzzle... but its a significant piece.
