Food, or lack of it, has always been one of the major motivators for people to unite for change. Until people are starving, unrest usually stays just below the surface.
Banning people from grocery stores is much different than closing down their favorite restaurant and making them cook at home.
Vaxxed sheep will not be starved. They will be fed and a "privileged" class. They will use them to hunt and shun the unvaxxed. They are going to kill off the vast majority of the population.

This is 50% of the correct way to think. Society is a contract. If your terms are not considered and negotiated against then there is no contract. The other 50%? Understand, that when the contract is voided any further interactions are based on force. How much force can you muster? And your opposition?
That's not meant to be discouraging. It's meant to be realistic and advisory.
I already consider myself not bound by society's rules. It's just that I also happen to generally conduct myself in a manner that doesn't conflict with other people. I basically behave like a frontiersman from the 1800s. If you don't make trouble, there's none to be had, friend.
But I will defend myself if need be. And it is becoming increasingly difficult to just live and let live. I'm mostly "you're alright by me" with a side of "I wish a nigga would".

Don't sell yourself short, visit 10 shops and take $999 from each of them. If nobody is apprehending the offenders, how would they know how many shops they stole from each day?
Realize that theft amounts would probably fit a bell curve. Majority of thefts occur under $1000. So you're in charge of the police dept. You see that there are X number of thefts. You have Y number of resources. There isn't a physical possibility of prosecuting everything under that amount. They've hit critical mass and will continue to decline rapidly because too many people have realized the true power in numbers, unfortunately it's the low lifes.

The fact of the matter is - there is no way whatsoever they can universally police this and stop people from going to places. This is also assuming that people don't lie through their teeth to do this stuff. I personally don't see it happening long-term because those being denied basic services will be fully willing to lie, cheat, steal and even kill to access them.
