What do you guys plan to do about it?

I think I will lose my job when they mandate it because I refuse the sterilising jab. I'll have to live with my parents because my career will be ruined and I'll have nothing to hope for. I don't think my wife will keep her job much longer than me.

I plan to start printing and distributing forbidden info and maybe memes. I'll make some friends and lot of enemies. Fuck I know it's not enough, I have no idea what to do and it's depressing. Fuck this evil clown world, I hate the propaganda and NPCs with passion.

Protesting seems useless but I'll do it anyway.

Despite the place I work being short-staffed and 27.4% of the remaining staff being adamantly anti-covid-jab, I believe the state and corporation are going to enforce it anyways. Our hospital is about to loose almost 80% of our ER staff alone. Try not to get stabbed, shot, or have a heart attack (blodclot) if you live in my area, federal agents...

You can bet money on the fact they will enforce it. Why not reduce hospital staff to the compliant walking dead? None of this is about doing good, making lives better, or saving lives.

I'd be just as worried about hospitals losing basic maintenance staff like electricians and plumbers. Doctors and nurses will have a high rate of compliance to the shot because it'll probably be required anywhere else they go. But an electrician can find business elsewhere.

Maybe there are federal hospitals or private clinics for them?

I know one of the ER nurses personally, he's been there for a decade. His response when I asked him what his plans were for a response to the imminent mandatory covid-jab would be, he stated, "I'm moving to Texas, I'm driving down there next month to take a look at houses. I'm selling my own, or renting it out, then moving my family and career to a state where my vote might make a difference."

Another one said that they will become a full-time caregiver for their elderly parent who is also against the vaccine, but on medicade and can be paid for literally moving back in with their mother.

I believe my entire career choice is now completely fucked. I stuck it out through the "pandemic" with no problem aside from some minor alcoholism because the overtime was nice and I got to do a job that I didn't hate that paid well enough. Now, I'm looking into getting a job at Dairy Queen because I've never flipped burgers before and they have alright fries and ice cream with an employee discount as a perk. Might as well just use my college degrees as toilet paper at this point.

or renting it out

He might want to reconsider this.

A hospital in Houston mandated vaxxed and won their lawsuit. Texas isn't the solution for healthcare workers.
