So, force your way into private businesses at the risk of being arrested for trespassing? And what about if the law says that the business owner will face fines or risk being shut down? Do it anyway?
And, I guess we're assuming that you do not have a job that requires interaction with the public, correct?
Yes, do it anyways, and if the business is stupid enough to comply and pay fines for these mandates, not law, that are designed to destroy them then it'll just accelerate the plan.
Laws have to go through the legislature.
Some mandates are laws. Yes. These madantes go through the legislative process.
Some mandates are emergency orders. They are powers given to the executive branch by the legislation, so they have the force and effect of law, per the laws passed by the legislation.
Some mandates are a part of code compliance, city ordinance, or licensure requirements. These mandates are not laws, so they cannot be enforced on "the people", but they can be enforced, as fines, against permitted or licensed businesses, and these businesses face permit revocation for failing to pay these fines.
But, to be clear. It's easy to say, "Come at me with a needle, I'll fucking murder you. " and I would agree, and feel the same. However, if they do vax mandates, like they did mask mandates, you can't very well blow a store owner away cause he fears fines and being shut down for letting you into his store, and refuses to let you in. And, cops have been arresting trespassers for a very long time, and the optics of it just looks like "muh private business" doesn't want you in their store and you refuse to leave, so you get arrested.
It's simple, if small companies comply with small business destroying edicts then they will inevitably be out of business.
A) If they do comply they will alienate and reduce half of their customers that refuse to follow the mandate edict, this is after they already complied to shut down their business for months to "stop the spread" with little compensation in return. This is a death knell.
B) If they don't comply they will gain local support from the community as we've seen happen through this pandemic. The downside is they will be fined to death by local/state government. This can also be a death knell if they comply and pay or they can fight back on unconstitutional edict.
You either die on your knees begging or die standing and fighting (figuratively) against these tyrants.
