It's not to kill people directly, its to fuck people up longer term. They couldn't deploy a vaccine if it were designed to kill people in short order, people would stop taking it. The side effects of the vaccine are horrible and the ability to procreate seems to be radically reduced in the vaccinated. This will lead to depopulation. Globalist plans do not move on 1 or 5 year plans, they often move on multi-generational plans.
