Orthodox, here. The Lives of the Saints of the Orthodox Church are the heights of which you speak. The Reformers rightly recognized that Rome had gone off the rails, but they got hung up on some strange and non-Traditional presuppositions which blinded them to the Orthodox Church at a critical juncture.
Nowadays, the real Orthodox Church is built around those right-believing Bishops who received legitimate Apostolic Succession. Not all who call themselves “Orthodox” actually are; in fact, the majority almost certainly are not.
The True Church is in a sorry state, these days. But The Lord told us to expect this in these Last Days.
I agree with most of that, yes.
