Stop drinking immediately. You can start with push-ups, chair dips, and just standing squats. They require no extra equipment. Change your width on all 3 to vary it up. You don't even have to be able to do a lot in a row, every so often just stop and do some. Stand up and do those squats or get down and do pushups. Since you work in a hospital, take a stroll around the hospital using steps to go up and another set of steps across the building to go down. get some walking distance in.
