I finally asked my boss for a raise and got it. After watching us raise all my subordinates pay; I simply said with the current market, I don't feel my salary is competitive anymore. There wasn't even any pushback.

Maybe it's time for top execs and CEOs to scale back pay.

Fuck off. Seriously. Low level workers do not deserve what they and you are demanding. Sure there's a lot of kikery at the top, but that's independent of the pay and the pay gap. Also go the fuck to reddit. You belong there with the other communist faggots if you believe what you stated.
