I'd be all for it.

I finally asked my boss for a raise and got it. After watching us raise all my subordinates pay; I simply said with the current market, I don't feel my salary is competitive anymore. There wasn't even any pushback.

Maybe it's time for top execs and CEOs to scale back pay.

First off. CEO pay vs lowest wage is not that high at the mean. You are picking large 3-4dif pay. I never made 350x my employees. Maybe at top 7x? I certainly took more risk than any employee as well.

Salary is for work. It is not for you. You want to be worth more, create more. Maybe it's time for people to realize you are paid for the work, not for being a fucking person. You fucking commie.

And If i could get 400x my lowest worker I would totally do it because it means I created real value. You cunt.

You're making strawman arguments. I never said CEOs shouldn't make as much as they can. I'm asking if market forces will require CEOs to make less as they have to pay workers more to keep their companies staffed.
