I built a home gym for under $1,000. It is fantastic having it too. I get to treat my weights/equipment with the care they deserve, I control the music/shows, there's no dress code, I can go whenever I want, and there's dogs to pet in between sets, and the "showers" are mere seconds away and always clean.

I cook nearly all of my own food and have done so for a long time. It's a great way to save money, eat better, and gain a new skill. I even make my own snacks(beef jerky).

I have study time every day. Language learning, and reading(you should know what books by now), with the occasional podcast material.

I'm a tech guy and handyman. I fix everything in my house. Cars, motorcycle, bicycle, trucks, trailers, garage, woodwork, etc etc. It helps to keep my mind sharp in regards to figuring out how to fix/maintain things.

I also prep/train. The usual stuff, food/water/medicine/ammo/guns/hiking/etc etc.

It may sound like a lot, but I'm retired so I have all the time in the world.

and you don't have to worry about some nasty dudes foot fungus on the floor when you hit the shower.

I control the music/shows

Oh how excellent that would be. No fragile nigger obsessed (((ESPN))) etc.

Metal is lifting music, some hard bass and your max lifts grow fast. Back in the day Danzig - Mother fucking weights were light with the right music even though they were new max they rose fast, it's all in the mind.

Sound gay but put on something to dance alone with like aerobic and not for aerobics reasons. I got so tight just lifting and jogging it was detrimental but just letting music let you flow your muscles will move themselves no stretching into the place they feel they need to be since they're loose with the tun-age unlike the lift so they slide effortlessly to the best fit and prevents injury also since they are not fighting joints and tendons so your body self settles.

Unlike aerobics or other training you get your groove so you know what feels right your body was made to fix itself when not forced into repetitions of unnatural positions to build muscle we also have to let the muscles free themselves so we are working as god intended our movements and our brains know sub consciously what feels right. I would show of the loosening up dance but it's something that really works.
