Homosexuality has genetic factors which can be seen in the correlation between same sex relationships and left handedness, as well as testosterone exposure in the womb - aka why homosexuals often have index fingers longer than their ring fingers - but with trans people of either gender (aside from Bruce Jenner), they're rarely regular looking individuals pre-bodymod.

Is it genetic, social, psychological, cultural, a mix?

Serious answers please, there's nowhere else to talk about this shit intelligently.

Honestly? There’s a lot of physical attributes that are “tells” on whether or not someone is mentally unstable. A majority of your genes are responsible for the development of your brain, so if you look dysgenic, chances are you’re mentally dysgenic as well.

I really wish we had more research on this, but objective science seems to have become a thing of the past.

True, there are clear physical markers for a lot of other illnesses. Albeit usually more severe ones like autism. But I can see a nearly imperceptibly irregular physical difference being indicated by some genetic or mental issue. Good point

Yes. Look up Edward Dutton, he talks about this a lot.
