Homosexuality has genetic factors which can be seen in the correlation between same sex relationships and left handedness, as well as testosterone exposure in the womb - aka why homosexuals often have index fingers longer than their ring fingers - but with trans people of either gender (aside from Bruce Jenner), they're rarely regular looking individuals pre-bodymod.

Is it genetic, social, psychological, cultural, a mix?

Never heard that is has the wrong type of calcium. Which is the correct type?

A normal diet of adequate vegetables is plenty of calcium. Toxicity is far more common than deficiency and that’s usually from hormonal problem (lack of k) or chemical dissolution (don’t drink too much soda, it literally eats your bones)
