Never heard that is has the wrong type of calcium. Which is the correct type?

A normal diet of adequate vegetables is plenty of calcium. Toxicity is far more common than deficiency and that’s usually from hormonal problem (lack of k) or chemical dissolution (don’t drink too much soda, it literally eats your bones)
