I play loud music, on my way to work and home anyway. It's metal or fashy. I'm not a dick about it, usually gets turned down at intersections or near elderly folks.

Haven't seen that yet, but we seem to have this car with decals that read "Slow POS. Donate to xxxxxx.xxx to make me go faster" or something to that effect. If it weren't for the doxxing rule, I'd put up his license plate.
He gets on busy roads and impedes the traffic. I don't know the exact law, but he's probably just going 1 mph faster than illegally slow in order to be able to irritate other drivers yet still being within the law.
He likes to antagonize people and cause road rage, probably filming it all to put on jewtube. I don't want to look for it, because it's gonna make me want to punch holes in the walls if I see it.
