Yes, but they are labeled as chess clubs, computer club, historical society, creative <some subject>, book club, bike riding, mountain climbing, classical music, etc. Blacks don't attend any type of group that involves abstract thinking or physical activity outdoors.

To expand on this, if you make a group on Meetup (dot) com for instance, since you pay for it you are able to manually approve/deny anyone entry to the group.
If you simply don't explicitly write "Whites-only", you can easily filter out non-Whites without getting your group shut down.
You can also make them do a quiz, with whatever questions you want.
