What is your proposed fix for cars camping in the passing lane, in a world where police don't have enough cops that care about enforcing camping in the passing lane?
The solution is to calm down and not be a jerk. You can't control others or force them to act how YOU want them to, but you can act like a civilized human being (I know, white culture) and have a little patience. No matter where you go, or who you meet, there will always be someone doing something you don't like. Just deal with it patiently and move on when you are able.
