You know what we need more than relying on judges to put bad people in jail? Bring back the Fairness Doctrine that Ronald Reagan eliminated in 1987. It used to require news media to broadcast news in a fair and balanced way with equal time given to both sides of an issue. It's not coincidence that everything went to shit after that.
