Mixed breed is lumped into one category. If you are a mutt, blame your parents and you go into the mutt-ethno state.

Pure breds only. How many of poalrs would be in the same ethno-state? Or even fit into one? If your heritage is German and French... you are a mutt.

I have 300 years of genealogical records and 4000 years of genetic history that says that all the members of my family have been the same ethnicity for a long damn time. My people don't move around much, and we either feed or fight strangers - we don't breed with 'em.
