Two choices, a juvenile Giant House Spider ( Eratigena atrica ) or a juvenile Hobo Spider ( Eratigena agrestis ). The two photos aren't exactly crystal clear but I'm leaning towards Hobo Spider. A bite from either species is not considered a threat by the CDC to humans or pets, take that with a grain of salt I say.
