Knoxville is UT college town, it's been cancer for ages. Unfortunately Nashville, the most beautiful big city in America, fell to the communists back in the aughts. :(

If you're referring to Knoxville, TN. Knoxville City major is a (D)im, but Knox county mayor is a Republican. Bottom line is you don't want to live in the city.
