As she gets older (early 20s) and still has no children she becomes increasingly desperate, flashing her tits and ass, becoming promiscuous, in a scramble to become pregnant. As she engages in more failed sexual activity she become more and more desperate and is literally driven insane. Historically the cut off was 30, after that she was a spinnster -- a failed woman.

However the mothering instinct is still there, so as a failed woman this is often redirected towards animals, be they 4 legged or 2.

The way you turn a good girl into a cat-lady whore is to keep her from becoming pregnant in her late teens early 20s.

Even if she succeeds in her biological imperative and has children, her sexuality is still about attracting and pleasing her man. So if he wants to see tits that's something she's naturally inclined to do.
