Reading another on supernatural experiences got me thinking about the last time I had an episode of deja vu. I realized I haven't had one since the mid-2000s. Has anyone else stopped having deja vu? It makes me wonder if I've changed or the world has changed. It seems like a strange concept to me now.

About 2 days ago, I lived through an exact seemingly mundane situation that I had dreamed about months ago.

What has changed for me is that the dreams I used to have would take years before they would happen in real life. Now they only take months and I know I can change the outcome or avoid something I don't want to happen just by changing my attitude and what I think about.

I had a dream about election fraud in late 2018. I might share the whole dream, but it was deeply personal and I don't want to doxx myself that bad yet. It started with me making a journey in a desert, when I found an isolated hotel. The fraud happened on a weird computer with a CRT screen, then a woman that was convinced the election was legitimate realized the voters are all represented by skeletons in the system. With a pale face, she solemnly showed me out, and I continued my journey until I found myself in a dank cold swamp with a perfect black floor that was also a perfect mirror (dream logic). I met an alternate reality version of someone I know, and found out I died and went to an afterlife. I waited for people to arrive for thanksgiving there.

Almost nobody knows, but this is why I paid attention to the election, and went to DC afterword.

I had a dream that Joe Biden won the election shortly before Nov 3rd. It felt like a premonition and hey, guess what lol.

Yeah, he totally won fair and sqaure and there was no funny business at all, especially dead people voting for him, getting massive dumps of votes in the middle of the night on forged ballots not winning most counties, not winning 18/19 of the bellwether counties, and totally getting more votes than any president in history. Yup, no reason at all to want to audit the election results.

Deja Vu is just your brain taking a shart. Basically instead of your short term memory recording and your consciousness moving on your memory short circuits and you get stuck in a feedback loop of the present which makes it feel like it has already happened.

I get it all the time. There was a week or two stretch not long ago where I started getting annoyed it was happening so often.

I had it the other day.

I've had deja vu today. And 2 days ago. About 2-3 times a week for a couple of months now. Also, my dreams are getting stranger and stranger and feeling more real. I think I might actually have some form of schizophrenia. It's either me or reality that's getting crazier, and both options are just as likely to me.

I found out today that an insect I had a nightmare about when I was 9 is a real. The honeypot ant that fills up like a big red berry I literally thought my mind concocted that when I was young, and it actually exists. That really fucked me up.

I call double events, it almost always happens something very similar to another event, as if it were connected, this is spiritual. Like remembering a person you haven't seen for quite some time, and suddenly bumping into such a person in an unexpected place.

I have those types of events often, but the actual feeling of deja vu has been absent for me for a long time. I always likened the "double events" as you say to the outcome of dice rolls. When the power of numbers converge, the dice roll doubles, or in the case of other things, you get a coincidental match of one thing to another occurring at the same time. I remember being told in school to open our books to some particular page number and just randomly opening the book to the exact page number the teacher said. Randomness isn't very random it seems. The universe does like order rather than entropy.

I have experienced it recently. It’s usually only a moment or two, and of a very pedestrian nature. I haven’t, however, had a recurring dream since I was a child.

Been having recurring dreams lately, and most of my adulthood years I seldom did.

It's the space between the present moment and when a memory has formed. Those of us out there who have great memories ( you know it's you if you've had to pretend like you have bad memory to not creepy everyone out ) it happens all the time. I have them multiple times a day for as long as I can remember

You know how your timing belts need adjusting sometimes?

Sometimes that happens with your brain.

I've experienced it again recently. But now, rather than just being an observer living a replay of something I've seen before, I can change my actions from what I remember them being and end up with a different outcome.
