No. It's only for you because you read so fast and are so much smarter than everyone else. You are even too smart and fast for the computer so it's asks you to slow down.

all the time . It is inconsistent, I replied here ASAP with no issues. Other times I reply and it says I am doing that too fast, as though I just replied elsewhere recently.
