I am thinking of going on a diet of beef, chicken and fish, plus cheese and the like, and quail egg, I don't eat chicken eggs because they give me spots, I think I am allergic to them, I don't like milk too. I'll most likely eat potatoes too.

Do any of you have a similar diet, or have already done this diet ?

I want to lose a few pounds, and stay away from vegetables, bread, etc.

I did this to drop from like 15 percent body fat to like 8 percent. I only ate animal products, and avoided carbs. Got absolutely shredded, and still do it time to time to cut bodyfat like a motherfucker for photos, but had no energy for lifting due to glycogen depletion. Now I eat carbs, but only around my workouts, and I respond very well to it, im about 200 pounds and 9 percent body fat with targeted keto. But yeah, youre talking about keto. Just make sure you're getting pottasium in through spinach or supplements.
