If they are using nanotechnology, and many times, they are, you can render it nonfunctional with a sufficiently powerful electromagnetic field. Wrap 19 173 foot lengths of 12 awg copper magnet wire in a bifilar pattern around a 55 gallon barrel with the top and bottom removed. Connect all of the coils in parallel with 2 copper bus-bars The bifilar pattern should look like this https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/34/Bifilar_2.svg. This should produce a layer 1 wire thick around the barrel. Connect these to a large throw switch and a capacitor bank.

You will require 12 high frequency capacitors arranged in parallel. I recommend doorknob capacitors with the following specifications: 10nh, 5kv, 30,000+ amp max current. Electrolytic capacitors, and really any other type of capacitor will not be able to discharge at sufficient power levels for this to work. Now you need another throw switch with two poles. You will connect this between the capacitor bank and a high voltage power supply capable of outputting up to 5kv at 300 watts. This should take about 8 minutes to charge when plugged in.

Now, figure out a way to suspend the barrel, maybe with pvc pipes or a wooden frame, and use something like a stretcher to hold you laying down with the barrel around you. Charge the capacitor bank, and be careful. Dooknob capacitors can explode if they are overcharged. Charge the bank to about 90%, just monitor the voltage until it reaches 90% of 5kv or 4.5kv. Position yourself so a section of you is inside the barrel. Remove the power supply from the circuit. It will destroy the power supply if you discharge this array with it still attached.

Close the circuit. Reposition the electromagnetic barrel further down or up your body and repeat until you have pulsed every square inch of your body. This will destroy the nanotechnology. This is dangerous if misused, as the discharge specifications will be around 350,000 amps at 5kv. It will be around 100-180x the strength of an MRI. This will also kill pathogens. If you have a bunch of pathogens, this could cause too much killing at one time. It's just a hypothesis, but it could overwhelm the body with die off. If it's just nano, then you should be fine. Do this at your own risk, and good luck!
