Does she have trouble breathing? Have you ruled out bacterial pneumonia? Even if the fever is going down, if she is experiencing symptoms of pneumonia, I'd take her to the hospital to get her chest x-ray'd. I almost lost my sister to pneumonia. My advice would be to rule it out or catch it early.
