Biggest thing is to flush the system. Fever is body killing off whatever she is fighting. Fever is good up to a point. Give her the fuel and rest to fight it. Hydration. Salt/sodium help with that. VD, vb12 and vc work on the immune repose. Give her rest and fuel.

Yes yes yes! Flush the system Most infectious diseases are intestinal. I'd strongly urge a double dose of liquid laxative. Put her problems 'behind her'.

And then, wait until she's actually hungry and do the universal fix: Chicken Noodle Soup.
