My wife received an "official email" from her employer stating that vaccinated employees no longer have to do all the Covid theatre with the masks, temp checks, questionnaires, etc. Non-vaccinated employees, such as my wife, however, are still treated as "unclean ones", and must continue to do all of the above. Which has the result of her being singled out by her coworkers as an "anti-vaxxer", etc. It's also, I'm quite sure, a precursor into their next step; making the jab mandatory for employment.
I'm not trying to get multiple posts about how she needs to "stop being a cuck" and throw away her mask, etc; I'm wanting to know just how actually legal/illegal it is for an employer to incentivize getting a non-FDA medical treatment like this, and what, if anything, she can do, legally speaking, to fight back without losing her job in the process.

Edit for clarification, because some of these answers are for a slightly different question: She is technically not being required to get the jab (yet); she's just being forced to wear an article of clothing, etc, that other employees are not, based solely on her personal health decisions. Someone below even said their employer offered $1K to incentivize employees to get [this still very much non-FDA approved, "emergency use only" treatment]. Wow, that's a bad thing to be in any way legal.

How is that related at all to communism? I see a lot of people throwing this accusation around lately and I am genuinely curious as to why you are attributing it to that.

if you need to be told how this situation of the people's politburo committee of the synthentic injection ministry of workplace 10092 is like a page directly out of the communist manifesto, i suspect you harbor romantic anti-capitalistic sentiments.

I don't have time teach you history or write an essay for you and I don't mean that in a "mean way" there is a lot that goes into it. Marxism, socialism, unions, CRT, past revolutions, historical wars, Europe 20's, Europe 30s, Ukraine, USSR, East & West Germany. It's not an easy answer.

A short answer that might not even make sense and you might blow off if the programing is too deep is that corporations are communist in nature and benefit from it as they are the elite. The elite don't care for nationalism or patriotism they want an authoritarian totalitarian rule which they play a role. Religion bad, patriotism bad, nationalism bad. Open borders good. Socialism good. Welfare good. Racism good. Divide & rule. Control the currency. They get richer. You become more of a slave. Inflation good. Devaluation of the currency good for them.

Any corporation who wants the masks, vaccines, etc.. is part of the Beast NWO Communist Tyrannical System. They will live unlike you will live. The more control they have over you the better for them.

"Communism" is used as a synonym for "leftism". Leftism is about wielding power for its own sake. That's it, no higher goal. Communists seize the means of production, only because doing so gives power to those that do the seizing. It has nothing to do with helping people.
