I work in a rather mostly white area, yet live in a mostly "diverse" area. The sad truth is that white people like to have the moral high ground, and so, those with no real life exposure to what living in a "Diverse" area is like it is easy to vote for the "right" or the party that acts like it is clearly the moral high ground according to what they have all been taught in public education.
Perhaps thought it would be more likely that Wisconsin voted democrat because they are poor and think that the dems are the working mans party... like fools.
