Have you looked into fasting?
I already do fasting, cut out all carbs, removed bread, no sugars, no desert, water only, and keto diets, increased exercise. So far the disease is winning in terms of general shortness of breath and overall discomfort
At this point I would just go for the dog dewormer (fenbendazole) others have already mentioned.
For a patient with rapidly progressing and multiple metastatic cancer, she recommended taking fenbendazole 222mg four times a day for three weeks, taking 222mg for once or twice a day after the third week, and giving a break for four days.
To increase the absorption rate, patients should take the drug immediately after meals or take the deworming pill with 60-100cc olive oil so that bile can be secreted.

Good luck.
Cancer will ferment carbon, cutting off one food source isn't going to kill it. You're going to harm yourself in the long term if you're not getting all proper nutrition.
Dr. Robert Cathcart and Linus Pauling are two people that can help you.
There are other options available if push comes to shove.
edit: I should state that cutting out simple carbs is important is keeping the cancer down. But trying to starve it will force it into survival mode and it will spread.
I'm sorry to hear that.
Have you done any long term fasts? Like a week or more?
