One of the reasons for all the restrictions on flying is that it is easier to control than cars and it keeps you from other countries. Restricting travel, speech, self-defense, and everything else is the goal of any totalitarian socialist state. Sexual restrictions must begin with local communities and spread throughout *enforced* law. This can be done to prevent AIDs spread, or whorishness spread.
