My work mandated the shot for me today. Everyone else at work has been asked to get it. I have not been there long. Today I was asked to give my two weeks.

I have worked there for less than three months. According to our employment law I am not required to be given any compensation.

Its a small public company, not a large corporation.

I have not submitted anything in writing.

I was not verbatim asked to give my two weeks.

International travel is required.

You were asked to give your two weeks notice.

I wouldn't comply with that.

Force them to fire you.

Document everything.

They are firing you for not participating in a medical experiment. Illegal and literally a crime against humanity.

Lawyer up.

I did make a point that these treatments are only on an emergency use basis.

[–] 7 pts

No more "making points". You lawyer up and do what he says.

That sucks man, but i hope you document it well and lawyer up. Coercion for a non-fda approved medical procedure is pretty crazy. In clown world who knows which way it would go, but you should have a clear case.

I have not been offered anything in writing nor have I written or signed anything.

Well, write down what was said and the times. Don't quit, get them to fire you.

When people comment about stuff like that simply ask, will you please provide me that in writing on a company letterhead.

I'm not getting the Covid vaccination. Period. Nobody can take my job away. I don't care if I ever fly on a plane again, and have no interest in traveling to other countries. If they keep me out of grocery stores, I guess I can find someone to do my shopping for me. I don't use twitter, FaceBook, or any of these other social sites. I don't own a cell phone and don't want one. I don't give a fuck if I ever seen another movie, or hear another pop song, or see another football game -- that shit means nothing to me. But I am in a fortunate position -- there are many people who cannot refuse the shots, or they will lose their jobs.

I quit my job when they mandated masks and social distancing. No way I am taking an experimental concoction pushed by known liars and criminals

The international travel thing, from what I understand eurocucks won't let you in without your vaccine passport. Fuck them bro, find a job that doesn't require travel to muslim/jew territories

[–] [deleted] 3 pts

They won't let AMERICANS in. This is clear jewish divide and conquer of Europeans.

[–] 3 pts

Nope. Living in Florida, I don't have to make that choice.

[–] 2 pts

Florida is starting to look like the land of the free and the home of the brave more and more every day.

Except for ((De Santis)) that is

The (((alternative))) was literally a nigger faggot.

I moved there 3 weeks ago from a blue state, fuck Hawaii and their virus insanity. Things are great in the Panhandle!

As long as DeSantis is around.....

[–] 2 pts

No. But I will make multiple appointments that I won't keep. The vaccines must be disposed of 12 hours after they have been removed from the freezer. Fuck them.

[–] 0 pt

They just call more people, or will no joke stand outside the pharmacy and be like.

Want a free vaccine?

[–] 1 pt

There's greater vaccine hesitancy than you know.

[–] 2 pts

No. And I'd get a good lawyer and sue the everlovin' shit out of them.

Absolutely NO employer can mandate vaccinations. This is unequivocal. Get everything in writing, give it to a layer, sue them.

If international travel is required for your work, I imagine not being vaccinated would preclude you from performing your duties so firing you is probably defensible. Especially if you work in an at-will state, where you can be fired for any and no reason at all. You might have a case but I think they would likely win.

Let them fire you, or get the shot, but definitely don't quit unless you can afford it. If you can afford it, piss on their rug before you walk out

[–] 1 pt

Don't put in your two weeks. Write an email and then print it out as a backup. With time stamp etc.. If you can get "delivery confirmation" print that too for your lawyer.

Tell them you will not put in your two weeks and if they want to fire you for refusing a vaccine that is not FDA approved they can do so.
