Fasting, absolutely no sugar, vitamins ACDEK (infused if I can convince a doctor), selenium, zinc. As for more serious treatments beyond diet and vitamins, I would go with anti helminth medications like niclosamide (I don't know which one is best, thats just one example of the family). I would also try laetrile, also called B17 found in apricot pits and apple seeds. Depending on the type of cancer, I'd try other things. If skin cancer didn't clear up with all the other things, I may resort to black salve. I'm a scientist and you shouldn't go within a mile of chemo and radiation, or surgery if you can avoid it. I wouldn't even bother going to an oncologist myself except just to diagnose or track progress

All vitamin supplements are merely portions of the vitamin, like bran is to a grain. They are not what we are led to believe they are and will not do what we believe they will do. Supplements are always drugs and not food, even if they are derived from food. Extraction-processes alter nutrients and poison them. Once a nutrient is isolated from its bioactive form and extracted, it is no longer bioactive. If it is not in food form, it is not raw or bioactive. True, I meant bioidentical complete (not synthetic) vitamins, but really fixing diet is better. Unfortunately, most soil doesn't have everything, so unless there is some method I'm not aware of its hard to get everything and that is why most people have deficiencies. Fasting has a great impact on things like cancer, why do you say it is too harsh? I don't mean not eating for crazy periods of time, just a day at a time. And not normally, specifically to fight cancer. What is your alternative then? Is it possible to get all the vitamins you need even with the crap industrial farm food available? Obviously the more you can grow yourself the better, but what if that isn't possible? And does growing it yourself even fix the problem? How about preserving foods if you don't have a year round growing season, which methods are better for keeping nutrients intact?
