Never I repeat NEVER do any work for them .1 time is a good learning experience. Did a bedroom carpet for one 500 dollars cash cheap. It was a remnant so material didn't cost me just time .When I got done he told me .....home depot is doing it for me 450 so I'm only paying 450..I said let me call my boss about that and went upstairs to get my tools.I cut that carpet into 3 inch strips, came downstairs and told him my boss...which was me....said he could have it for free as he wanted more business in that neighborhood and left. 2 mins after I left I got the call that your man cut up all the carpet.I said did you pay for it,he said no ,I said have a nice day and hung up

Man I remember watching a vid where some guy done a window replacement on some bitch's car. She refused to pay, so he goes and just smashes it out with something rather than let her go off with it lol.

I had something of the reverse happen to me. Well, not me, my dad. He paid some Asians to do a job, and they didn't do a great job. And he just said, "Come back, and fix it, and I'll pay you the rest of your money." They did not return! Though they got most of their money, they left $1000 on the table because they did not want to do a minor fix. It would've taken literally an hour to fix their mistaken. I don't have an explanation for the odd behavior. Maybe they're illegals, or got a bigger job? Either way, fucking idiots.

I wouldn't fix it either. Someone like that can get fucked.

Then again I always demand an homeowner inspection several times during the work to make sure they are 100% satisfied before I walk out the door.

Most whites pay me as soon as I send the invoice.

Anybody who pays a contractor up front before the job is complete is an idiot.

Tell him he needs to pay or else bad things could happen. If he doesn't pay you start letting bad things happen that cant be put on you. Start out with small stuff like shooting his car windows out with a pellet rifle where nobody can see. Then immediately go back to him and say, "you know those darn kids keep giving us problems around here, you should really let me help you." Eventually he'll get the drift. Better yet just don't deal with shit skins in the first place.

Didn't sound like a shit skin over the phone. 2 hour drive, got there. Figured I might as well continue cuz I already drove for 2 hours.

You have to research every client beforehand. If they're a shitskin, look woke, look like a faggot, etc then do not engage.

He has a white name, sounded white over the phone and when I looked him up what came up was a wop barber.

AND his white wife opened the door and he didn't come to the house until I was already working for a few hours.

I should have left when I saw him mean culpa but dude I'm not an idiot.

Well thats no good. Another idea is collect some snakes and deliver them to his mailbox. Or go full florida man and release an alligator in his yard if youre in the south. Old timers used to put a gator in their truck and drag it out by the tail near black people for laughs.

Anyone who creeps around in the dark, shooting our car windows with a pellet gun, is far worse than the average Indian.

It's not about how bad it is. We all know it's wrong sure. It's about sending a message.

Go with some friends if you have any.

[–] -1 pt

I would but he's out of the way and I doubt somebody will drive with me for two hours just to ask some nigger for money.

Then they aren't really friends are they?

My old landlord stole 1200 security from me because I only stayed in his shithole for 1 year. I moved 12 hours away and my mistake was letting him know where I went. Wrote a letter of demand but that's it and never took it to small claims because of the distance. A few months later I flew in to visit my parents so I drove my rental by his house and cut all four of the tires on his Ford raptor.

Moral of the story is that the memory and the taste of revenge felt so much better than having the money. Get that mother fucker back, one way or another.

For security deposits I never pay the last month and have the landlord do an early inspection and go from there.

Bluff and tell him you’ll put a lien on his property, maybe? Could do the trick, but I’d save that option as a last resort.

I have one leverage that I can report him to the building and zoning department.

But that's the only thing in my pocket at this point.

Send me a picture of your dick and his address and I’ll beat it out of him honey buns

Are you willing to sign a document saying you’ll share your penis pic if I send you mine first?

Will you come to canuckistan?

Tell him you're going to call his bank, his insurer, his friends and family, a credit agency to let them all know he's defaulted on a payment.

I would otherwise just buy a balaclava for a trip out in a week.

Conciliation court, takes a visit to your clerks office

How'd he end up owing it?

[–] 0 pt

Did some work for him, started to look shady, so I finished up right away. It's what remaining on the invoice.

Put a mechanic's lien on his house. You'll get paid in 5 years when he goes to sell it.

[–] 1 pt

Ah, gotcha. Kind of an awkward sum, too big to ignore too small to lawyer up.

[–] 1 pt

Basically. If it was 500$ and just labour I would have written it off. But materials etc in it now.

Require deposits or payment in full before beginning work next time, or just stop servicing any nonwhite.

I did get deposit, this is final invoice.

Ah fuck. I suppose it's best to simply refuse work for anyone that sets off alarm bells - did you get any gut feelings after meeting this person and before beginning work for them?
