My idea is a gun store. Gun stores can deny sale for any reason, like if the customer just seems sketch but passed the background check imagine if gun stores only sold guns to whites. I doubt you're looking for actual advice, or anything you don't want to hear... As a business owner, you can choose to refuse service. However, you can't refuse service based on membership of a protected class. The protected classes are: sex, race, age, disability, color, creed, national origin, and religion.

You can refuse service. However, if you refuse service because of a person's color (a protected class reason) that would not be allowed. Also if someone were to show that, for example, all person's of a certain color were "coincidentally" refused, that would not be allowed.

I wouldn't tell you to do or not do anything. However you'd probably end up quickly on one side of a lawsuit, and I suspect that the law would not be on your side.
