Stop giving the MSM your attention. Your attention is their currency. YOU have to turn all the MSM off and discuss your alternative views with your friends. If they start talking about the MSM viewpoints and you acknowledge their existence, your friend will still view the MSM as a valid source of information whether you agree or disagree with them. Your attention to the MSM is enough of validation for them to stick with it.
