I do not understand how in the world this can be "healthy", I use my birthday suit and I have to have the window open and in summer just a sheet, in winter i use two duvet covers or a lightwieght summer duvet.

I do have a rather high normal body temp. my g/f cannot cuddle as I give off a huge amount of heat.

I know a lot about sleep, we'd be wayyyyyy healthier if we all slept naked with no covers. Brown fat is healthy and we have next to none thanks to clothing and covers.
