Sell the sizzle, not the steak. Take steak for example, selling the steak may include mentioning nutrient info and specific cut of the meat. Selling the sizzle is more emotional and sensational with words like succulent and mouth-watering.

If you are good at conceptualizing your product to people with vivid imagery of the senses then you can sell them anything.
