You wouldn't be the first person to do that so I doubt they'd have a problem with it. A guy I know scattered his his dad's ashes at Talladega. They made a trip out of it in the RV by purchasing a ticket to the infield. Big crowd of people joined in and there was a lot of beer drank in celebration.

Actually when I called the museum she immediately said I'm not allowed to do that. I will drive around the complex until I see a good way I guess.
