Way better work ethic, it’s no comparison. Quite a few years ago I read an article an about a meat packing plant that used to hire illegals. They lost a lot of their work force when a crackdown came and had to hire local blacks as a replacement. The production went way down as you could guess.

we used to hire a nigger a week to wash dishes. I'll never forget one asshole that thought he could tell me how to do my job. I had been a fine dining expediter for 4 years at the time. we finally hired a mexican and the guy showed up on time and worked his ass off every night for years.
