The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding.

What exactly does the second one imply? or what wisdom is there to gain from it?
I'd think it refers to compulsive people who can't leave things alone, always trying to "improve" them, meddle with other people's business to "help" them.
i.e., Thirteenth Amendment and 'affirmative' action.
You wanting to care for a billion niggers trying to aleviate their suffering to make you feel better will bring 5 billion more niggers and will destroy it all. Thats one of the uses
