If redneck jokes are not racist because they only deal with a specific portion of a racial group then the same argument could be made for nigger - black as redneck - white.

Logically, if there was a word "racist" it would be something similar to "phobia" words (not the phobia words they use though). "racisim should be defined as "an irrational bias against a race or people of a specific race".
so using the correct definition it is not racist to be afraid of black people, especially ones 12-40 in age and male. It is not racist to say that jews are ruining the west, and that they are a danger to any host nation. BUT it is racist to blame europeans for things that they didn't do.
