Make snickerdoodles.
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 stick butter softly melty
Mix it all up into dough. Ball it up into cookie balls. Make a cinnamon sugar mix and roll the balls in it. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes. Ezpz.
Edit: all purpose flour or pastry flour. And if the dough is too dry add a little milk or cream until it's right. The dough shouldn't be tacky.
