Once you understand someone you hate them less and pity them more. Like when you learn niggers are litteraly retarded, and faggots were probably raped, and most people are miserable trash that wouldn't change even if there was a hot poker up their ass. The world is a fucked up place with fucked up people. Are you going to let some miserable piece of subhuman scum ruin your day at work? Does anything that fuckimg retard has to say matter? Once you understandthat you are above them, you should act like it. Hate is a jewish attribute. Righteousness is for the White man.

If someone treats you like shit, it's a direct indication of what they think about themselves. With real healthy love and respect for yourself, it's impossible to be a dick to others. Those negative people most surely loathe themselves. You can only give away what you have in your heart. Assholes should be pitied more than anything else. They are in their own hell.

Without knowing more about your situation, I'd say be as nice to them as you can. Have a positive attitude and work towards cultivating a prosperous working environment.

So far my tactics have centered around ignoring them and setting boundaries if we are forced to work together. If they try to be nice and pry into my life, I just lie.

Currently I have a co-worker who is the definition of death by a thousand cuts. Ignoring his behavior results in months of that behavior. Telling him that it was funny the first two weeks, but now he needs to stop, also doesn't work. I'm not going to go to hr even though his behavior has a negative effect on productivity.
my tactic with him is to repeat whatever he does to me. Put garbage on my desk every night for months? Now you get all the garbage back. Interrupt me a million times to ask stupid questions? I'm going to need to know how old your aunt is when you are in the middle of a very time sensitive project.

Hr cannot help you unless you have wandered into lawsuit territory. Hr is offense, the lawyers are defense. Keep yourself out of HR as much as possible.

Kill them with kindness. The satisfaction gained from doing what is right makes up for dealing with idiots. The best best best thing possible is for them to think your a nice person.

Best results come from people who think they like you.

Make them look bad by doing a better job and subtly drops hints to other offices about this coworker's behavior.

Your immediate workcenter already knows they are a dick, but that knowledge existing elsewhere is powerful.
