A mix of both?

A mix of both?

Yes, a mix.

But I don't think it's Germany's fault either way. Remember at Versaille, the representatives of the United States and France signed only after Churchill gave them a speech promising them that there would be another war and that Germany would start it.

Afterwards, they bankrupt all German governments with demands for huge reparation payments. All of them except Hitler's. Coincidence? Is it also a coincidence that when Hitler resorted to deficit spending to grow the economy, the money was loaned out to him by the Federal Reserve, and the Bank of England?

Hitler was a British agent. They put him in charge because he was loyal to them and they could control him some way.

Dumbass... Hitler led Germany out of the (((international banking system))), which is why they declared war on Germany. Hitler wanted peace.
