Does anybody have the paper trail for who is responsible for this ready made and instantly implemented bit of oppressive bullshit?

The CDC came up with the bogus criteria, where Everything could be considered a cv-19 case and death.

Who or What agency came up with the payment system to the hospitals? Fuck. Does anybody know that one???

I want to make a point about what bullshit all of it is, but I can't figure out who is responsible for the corruption red carpet of paying hospitals in this manner.

Thank you! It was a money grab by big pharma and the medical community. Noy to mention the shitty care they gave anyone "with covid". The would vent them with no meds until they died and repeated this process 1000s of times while nobody said a peep. These people are evil and sinister.
