I know. It's a struggle to keep my eyes focused on something else in hopes that they won't see.

Make sure that you record EVERYTHING. They hate it when you expose their tactics, they want to be able to conduct this shit quietly in the background without fuss. Even if you don't immediately publish the recordings (that might have consequences), you should be sure to collect the evidence should you need it later.
