I know about fats. I make soap which is fat science. I have been eating keto for 5 years which is fat science. Fats are great. There's much more to red meat specifically as well. Heme and carnitine are both extremely important.

But the issue isn't that bugs are bad. Many many MANY people can't afford red meat and don't get a lot of protein in their diets. This would add an economical way to provide that. It would also add an economical way to extend animal products to feed more people, allowing for a smaller amount of meat to be blended with it and still provide some of those other benefits to more people.

So eat the fuckin bugs goy. Jesus.

Then milk and protein shakes are going to be more economical than real meat. Beans are far cheaper than meat.

Protein is the easy part, what people need are the fatty acids found in beef.

If cost is an issue, the focus should be on trying to make beef cheaper to grow and supply.
